When I was working as an HR director, I used Laura's assistance. I had so much work, especially  during open enrollment season. Laura organized all of my files into online folders of which employees signed up for health insurance, who was enrolled and who needed to enroll. She also went through each enrolled employee's files to make sure all of their information was entered correctly. She was so organized and accurate with all the 200 + employees. Needless to say, this saved me so much time and once I got the information back from her with no mistakes I knew I could trust her. She also helped me with the interview process: I gave her some resumes, she called the candidates and conducted a phone interview and screened them. The ones that she felt would be a good match for the job, she scheduled a face to face interview with me. I trusted her judgement on screening the candidates as I would trust her with any of my office tasks. She is such a hard worker and one hundred percent committed to help out.

As a busy entrepreneur, having Laura help me with daily and weekly tasks has been a life saver! Trusting her with those has allowed me to free up time to focus on the important parts of my business and implement new ideas. One of my goals for 2019 was to partner up (Create A Legacy doesn't hire people, we create partnerships) with a Virtual Assistant because my other 2019 goals required help.

 

In November of 2018, a new friend and business partner suggested I meet with a VA so I can get an idea of what they can do and what exactly I'll be needing.
Within 20 minutes of my "information gathering" meeting with Laura, I asked her if she would partner up with me and Create A Legacy. Even though it wasn't 2019 yet, I knew Laura was the VA to help us achieve our goals!!!

 

Our partnership has gone way beyond my expectations! So much so that I've been somewhat reluctantly telling other solopreneurs and business folks that they need to partner with her (reluctantly because I don't want her to become too busy for Create A Legacy!).
As I continue to work with Laura, I am even more certain that I made the correct decision in asking her to partner with us last November.
